Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Bitovn Bridge, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

The service

Bitovn Bridge provides hosted video meetings, collaboration tooling and related meeting summaries, operated by VAYUZ Technologies.

The service is under active development. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity that takes place under your credentials.

Keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.
• Record or capture a meeting without the consent required in the jurisdiction of the participants.
• Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Harass participants, or share unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you share through the service. You grant us only the limited licence needed to transmit, store and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share whatever you present in a meeting.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream network faults and factors outside our control can affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VAYUZ Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access presents a security risk to other users.

You may stop using the service at any time and request closure of your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before it takes effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance.
